Construction of new reinforced concrete hardstand.
Installation of new stormwater pipework, catchpits, dish drains and grated channel drains.
Construction of new rock-filled soakage trenches and associated overflow drainage.
Removal of existing deteriorated concrete and reinstatement of disturbed paved and grassed areas.
