Block 1: Install new TPO membrane overlay to the existing Butynol roof. Remediate flashing details and replace damaged roof sheets and loose rivets and
sealants.
Block 5: Lifecycle roof replacement with new coloursteel roof product and associated flashings, new barge, new gutters and downpipes.
Block 8: Roof remediation which includes gutter, flat sheets and nails and screws replacement.
Block 9: Damaged downpipes to be replaced and installed to the existing roof structure.
Block 2: Replacement of existing non-trafficable clearlight panels, with new clearlight panels that are trafficable.
