Kelburn Normal School’s existing Ten Year Property Plan has a project in it that targets the replacement of timber windows and joinery.

The existing decayed windows and joinery are to be removed and replaced with double glazed windows and new timber joinery. The existing hall door is also to be replaced.

Areas of localised cladding are identified for targeted replacement, as detailed on the architectural drawings.
