The project is for a Main Building Contractor to undertake the demolition of an existing classroom that adjoins an existing building. Wafter demolition is complete the current internal wall will become a new external wall to be constructed. The works are preferred to commence 7 December 2026 and preferably complete as early as possible in term I, 2027.
