The buildings at Fairfield School currently have an array of systems from the original Type 1 bell installation, some Type 2 coverage and small areas of the school with a Type 4 system.

A new and comprehensive Type 4 system will be installed with a new main indicator panel, compliant exterior sounder coverage, lock down facility and direct fire service connection.

The existing security system will have its smoke detectors isolated, disconnected and removed.

The monitored security system will revert back to intruder detection only.
