Overview
This RFT is for a main contractor only. Tenders for separate portions of the works will not be considered in any instance.
The scope of works includes switchboard replacement at Block 4; heat pump replacement and relocation at Blocks 1, 4, 20; and internal refurbishment (carpet, doors, windows and hardware) at Blocks 1, 20 and 29.
The Contract Works will be delivered in two stages, wholly within school holiday periods – Stage 1: October 2026 school holidays; Stage 2: December 2026/January 2027 Christmas holidays – with each stage fully handed over before resumption of school operations.
Additional rights for other projects of a lower value are included in this tender.
