Overview
Makahu School have had ongoing issues with roof leaks through the lower roof of the main block of the school.
An MOE observation report highlighted the roofing to the lower roof required urgent replacement. The upper roof has also been recommended for replacement.
Scope if to replace the lower roof with new iron and re-pitch 2 5 degrees. The upper pitched roof is to be replaced in a like for like fashion.
Please note start date is only indicative and will be agreed upon between the selected contractor and school during a prestart meeting.
