Overview
The sites located at 9, 11, 13 and 15 William Blofield Avenue (the Site) will be part of the new Puketāpapa Primary school in a shared campus with the adjacent Wesley Intermediate school and Central Auckland Specialist School (CASS). In order to have the Site prepared for next phase, the existing dwellings and outbuildings are required to be demolished and land remediated.
