Project 1: The Admin/Entry Roof has multiple complex junctions and non-compliant junctions. The proposed remedial solution includes simplifying the roof structure with trusses and gable style roof, demolishing ablution area, internal and external refurbishment.
Project 2: Block 4, Tech Block needs re-configuring to accommodate a dust free teaching space and adaptable workspaces. Including toilet refurbishments, cladding and roofing work.
