Re: Request for Tender (RFT): Main Contractor for E Block Classroom Refurbishments at Waimea College, Richmond

On behalf of Waimea College, Onus Projects invites main contractors to supply tenders to refurbish 5 classrooms and several ancillary spaces located within Waimea College's E Block building.

Key Dates:
• RFT submissions close: Wednesday 10th August 2026
• Intended contract award (indicative): 17th August 2026

Note:
• Project Location: Waimea College
• Address: 60 Salisbury Road, Richmond 7020 (Tasman Region)
• Any future engagement will be through a Medium Works Contract; no contract-specific tags to be accepted.
• Works are to be completed during the school’s holiday and study leave periods outlined in the RFT documents with practical completion required prior to the 28th of January 2027
• Works can commence as early as September 2026 subject to contracts, material and contractor availability.
• Site visits are by appointment only
