Mangakahia Area School is located in Northland. As part of the schools 10YPP the following works are required:
PROJECT 1:
258033: Block 1 – Senior Block Refurbishments – Stage 2:
This project requires replacement of end-of-life vinyl, plumbing, fixed wall linings and remediation work. Acoustic wall linings are to be installed. Asbestos debris to removed along with further asbestos surveying.
PROJECT 2:
258034: Block 9 – Hall Cladding Investigation and End of Life Replacements:
This requires replacement of toilets, urinals, vinyl floor coverings, wall linings, toilet doors and partitions, basins. Cladding investigation is also required to determine remedials.
