The toilet block is nearly 20 years old and is due for refurbishment. The proposed refurbishment will include the removal and replacement of the existing metal mesh, replacement of sanitary fittings, replacement partitions, painting and internal refurbishments of the existing block. The existing roof, block structure will all remain. Full detailed design plans will be issued as part of the Request for Tenders.
