Marlborough Girls’ College is undergoing a major redevelopment following the cancellation of the co-location project Te Tātoru o Wairau.

The Civil Infrastructure Upgrade stage of this multi-stage redevelopment involves a site wide upgrade of civil infrastructure that is damaged or nearing end of life, as well as specific new infrastructure in preparation for future stages of development..
