This RFT relates to delivery of roofing and associated construction works across multiple blocks at Kaikohe Intermediate School. These works include but are not limited to; gutter placements, clear lite replacements, roof repitching, roof replacement, joinery replacement, corrosion treatment, barge board replacements. The works will take place over the Christmas School Holidays.

We are looking for a main contractor only for these works. Any incomplete tenders will not be considered.
