The Project involves the Stage One refurbishment of Block 1 South at Te Kura o Otangarei, located at 189 William Jones Drive, Otangarei, Whangārei. Block 1 South is an existing single-storey teaching block containing general classrooms, administration spaces, a nurses’ room, and specialist learning spaces.
The works form part of a broader, staged redevelopment approach to improve the functionality, safety, performance, and longevity of the school’s existing building stock.
