Overview
Kelston Intermediate School is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the replacement of windows in Block 1. The works include the removal of existing deteriorated window joinery and installation of new aluminium window units, along with associated repairs to surrounding timber and structures. This project is part of the school’s 10-Year Property Plan and is intended to address end-of-life building elements to ensure a safe, compliant, and functional learning environment.
