During the preparation of the last Ten Year Property Plan, specialist condition assessment surveys identified the need for several roofing improvements to various buildings across the school including roof coverings, flashings and spouting renewal.

Non trafficable roof sheets are also to be removed and replaced with an appropriate trafficable and heavy duty translucent roofing product.

In some areas timber cladding will require removal, reinstatement and repainting following the installation of new apron flashings.
