Several capital improvements to Blocks 1, 2 and 4 at Cannons Creek School have been bundled together and are to be delivered in a single construction contract.
The work includes the targeted partial refurbishment of classrooms including joinery and wall lining replacement.
One of the existing offices will be converted into an LSC office which will see new floor coverings, acoustic wall linings, windows and a heat pump installed.
Additional works will see the construction of a new concrete ramp as well as the replacement of an existing canopy roof with a trafficable and heavy duty unit with new downpipes, spouting and flashings.
Due to the varying funding streams, contractors will be asked to provide separate tender submissions as directed by the RFT document.
