The Contract Works include:

- Remove existing roof finishes to Block F.
- Install a new RoofLogic warm roof system over the existing structure in accordance with the building consent.
- Remove all skylights and make good roof openings to achieve full weathertightness.
- Remove indicated first‑floor west elevation windows and infill with new cladding as consented.
- Modify remaining windows to provide compliant mechanical opening hardware.
- Remove the existing north‑facing fire exit door and install a new compliant fire exit door assembly.
- Complete all internal and external making‑good works.
- Deliver all works fully coordinated, consent‑compliant, and in accordance with RoofLogic requirements, the New Zealand Building Code, and applicable MoE standards, including provision of all producer statements, warranties, and completion documentation.
