Remove and replace existing 1.4m bar fencing with 1.8m bar fencing, new pedestrian and vehicle gates along the north and northwest boundaries including new tri latch locks.

Apply wooden palings to the school side of the fence between the swimming pool fence and the northwest boundary adjoining the park.

Allow to remove & reinstate existing signage.
