The student toilets in Blocks 3 and 6 are in poor condition with all components nearing the end of their economic life and showing signs of wear (The Girls' toilet outside Rooms 4 & 5 are in average condition but will likely need a complete refurbishment within 6 to 10 years). A full refurbishment is necessary to modernise them, including upgrades to sinks, taps, toilets, cisterns, pans, floor coverings, and the installation of seratone on the walls.
