Conduct a detailed CCTV inspection to visually inspect the interior of the pipe for blockages, cracks, or deformation. Remediation works will be determined by the CCTV findings and involves the replacement of a damaged stormwater pipe in designated area to restore proper drainage functionality and preventing further damage or blockages. The existing in-wall toilet cisterns in Block 7 toilets require replacement as they do no have adequate capacity to flush the sufficient amount of water through the system and there are no access panels available to reach the in-wall cisterns for maintenance. The project scope includes the replacement of 10 x toilet cisterns and installation of access panels.
