Overview

Block 2 - Reading Room and Cloak Bays near Room 1: The rooms have poor condition vinyl, and ripped and damaged hessian that need to be replaced.
Block 2 - Boys’ and Girls’ toilet near Rooms 1 and Staff Toilet beside Reading Room: Are in poor condition. The toilets pans, cisterns and seat (7x) are dated
or running non-stop, the tapware is hard to use in and end of life, and there is no hot water to the handbasins. This project is to replace and fully refurbish
the toilets (as well as the one beside the Reading Room) by required to bring them back up to modern standards by upgrading the sinks, taps, toilets,
cisterns, pans, floor coverings and installing seratone to the walls.
Block 4 - Distribution board: The distribution board is dated, non-lockable and needs RCD protection on both lighting and power circuits as it still uses old
fuses
Block 6 - Rooms 5 to 7: The wall covering, carpet with wet area viny, and heat pumps are at the end of life and requires replacement
Block 6 - Cloak Bays near Room 6 and 7: The vinyl is at the end of life and requires replacement
