Thank you to all that submitted a tender for the MRGS L Block Demo project.
Following a thorough evaluation process, we are pleased to advise that the contract has been awarded to Cook Brothers Construction Limited.
Eleven tenders were received, with nine proceeding to full evaluation. Tenders were assessed on both non-price and price criteria. Cook Brothers Construction achieved the highest overall score, demonstrating strong methodology, relevant experience in asbestos remediation and demolition within live school environments, and a price representing value for money.
