Overview
Te Kura o Waikare is undertaking a combined lifecycle replacement and refurbishment project across multiple blocks within the school. The project addresses components that have reached end-of-life, including cabinetry, vinyl flooring, bathroom fixtures and finishes, decking structures, heat pumps, and electrical distribution boards. The school’s remote location and exposure to severe weather events have accelerated wear in several areas, increasing the need for durable and resilient upgrades.
