Overview

• Blocks 2 and 5 have internal butyl membrane gutters that are in poor condition and end of life requiring replacement.
• Block 3 has steel roofing (Roof C) that is end of life and in poor condition requiring replacement.
• Block 4 has an unpainted corrugated steel roof (Roof F), Box gutters (Roof E) and Clearlite roofing are in poor condition and end of life which require replacement.
• Block 8 has an unpainted Cliplock steel roof (Roof D) that is in poor condition and end of life. There are internal butyl membrane gutters and internal coated & internal torch-on membrane gutters (Roofs A & C) that are end of life and require replacement.
• Block 9 has box gutters (Roof A) and Internal butyl / vinyl membrane gutters (Roof A & B) are in poor condition end of life and require replacement. There is older Clearlite that is in poor condition and requires replacement.
• Block 10 has an unpainted trapezoidal steel roof (Roof A) in poor condition and end of life. There is older Clearlite roofing (Roofs D & E) that has no safety mesh, and is to be replaced along with new safety mesh.
• Block 11 has poor condition clearlite roofing that is to be replaced.
• Blocks 12 and 13 have rusted and poor condition gutters that are to be replaced.
