i. The project is for 4 Teaching Spaces, Two Storey building with toilets.
ii. The required building solution is single depth, 7.2m grid, two-storey with externally accessible toilets as per the design brief.
iii. Christchurch East Primary School originally opened in 1873, and was one of the first established schools in the inner city. The recent site expansion started in the late 1990’s as the school continued to grow. The school has a unique environment as it is situated right in the heart of the inner city, which will require well thought-out development to maximise the compact school site and enhance the numerous established trees.
