Overview
The Ministry is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to complete a re-roof project on Block S at Taupo-nui-a Tia College. The works involve demolition of existing structures, construction of new roof cladding, roof cladding system, new facias, gutters, barge boards, flashings, roofing underlay and purlins. Also included in the works is the supply, installation and commissioning of a mechanical ventilation system.
