Rawene School has funding in place to complete the following works:

• Administration / Reception internal refurbishment
• New selected aluminium joinery
• Replace light fittings and timber decking
• New fixings, fittings & wall linings & vinyl flooring – sick bay & Staff WC’s
• New Autex composition
• New power points

The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract.

Timeframes for the Contract Works are:
• Indicative start date: 04/05/2026
• Indicative due date for completion: 13/07/2026
• Limitations: School May be operating, work to be completed around school timetable
