The Naenae College Board of Trustees is inviting shortlisted contractors to submit a tender for reroofing and associated remediation works at Naenae College, Lower Hutt.

The works comprise roof replacement to Blocks YB, YC, YF and R, including removal and replacement of existing metal and membrane roofing systems, associated structural and seismic strengthening works, selected clerestory and cladding remediation, glazing adjustments, services reinstatement, and removal of identified asbestos containing materials in accordance with the relevant survey reports.

The school will remain operational during construction and works will be required to be carefully staged and coordinated.

This Request for Tender is being issued as a closed procurement process to invited suppliers only and will be undertaken under NZS 3910:2013 (Major Works Contract).
