Historical water ingress in the DP’s office at Windley School has damaged the existing window joinery and adjacent flooring. The windows and joinery will be replaced with new and minor building works required to the floor will be covered by a provisional sum to remediate the damage.

Numerous windows in Blocks L and P2 have been identified as inoperable which is causing ventilation issues. These are to be carefully removed and replaced with double glazed aluminium windows and joinery.

All finishes disturbed during all works are to be carefully made good as required.
