Overview
Northcote School Hall was excluded out of the scope for the original CSR project, and it has now been decided that the Hall will be completed with the remaining CSR budget.
Structural strengthening as per BMC structural design, refurbishment of the Halls interior including but not limited to a new kitchen and toilet configuration stage removal, new ceiling and floor coverings and Autex and exterior including windows, some cladding work and painting.
