Broadwood Area School requires the replacement of its Technology Block due to ongoing leaks, mould, and structural deterioration, making the space unsafe and not fit for purpose. Asbestos cladding and the extent of internal damage mean repairs are no longer viable. The proposed project will demolish the affected areas and rebuild a safe, compliant, and functional technology teaching space, while retaining and making good the existing art room.
