Asbestos cladding removal, roof replacement, cladding replacement, full exterior windows and doors replacement, underfloor insulation, new carpet and Autex, and LED lighting upgrade.

Block 12 contains the only accessible toilet facilities in the school, with three students requiring its use. There is limited construction work on the accessible toilet (window replacements). The main contractor will have to work with the school to provide safe access to these facilities for supervised students during school hours throughout the construction period.
