Marlborough Boys’ College – Science/Art Block Heating & Electrical Upgrade, Site Wide Security Upgrade, and Canteen Renovation – Main Contractor Works

The project is split into three separate packages:
1) The upgrade of electrical supply and heating to the Science and Art Block at the College, including making good any builders work required resulting from the upgrades.
2) Security Upgrade works across the site, to buildings known as Pavilion, A/O Block Ground Floor only, Science, Art, as well as any other areas outlined in the documentation.
3) Canteen Renovation involving the conversion of an existing unused toilet block into a new canteen space.
