Overview
This Project is to re-roof both Gymnasiums and attached changing roofs and offices at Whangarei Boys High School. One of the Roofs was completed as a weather tightness project 10years ago. This project was never up to standard, and parts of the roof need to be replaced. The remaining gym roof is original, this is due to be completed. A part of this project is for the entrance way area to be re pitched. This area will also require some additional cladding to be installed. All gutters, flashings and ridge vent system to be installed. All scaffolding and demolition will be included in this project. There will also a significant HVAC system to be installed throughout the two gym spaces that will be apart of this project.
