Overview
Marlborough Boys’ College – Innovation Hub and New Gym Weights Room – Main Contractor Works
This procurement is for the second stage of a major redevelopment of the existing Marlborough Boys’ College site. The contract works are the:
1. Relocation of an existing two teaching space block (Room 34/35),
2. Construction of a new Gym Change and Weights Room and
3. Construction of a new Innovation hub
