A Block:
- Remove skylights and re-pitch membrane area for new metal roofing.
- Like for like replacement of existing end of life metal roofing. Remove high level asbestos cladding to adjacent areas and install new cladding on cavity to enable appropriate flashing installation.
- Replace rotten timber windows to Western façade.

H Block:
- Remove asbestos cladding to Western façade and replace with new vertical shiplap cladding on cavity.
- Like for like replacement of existing end of life metal roofing over PE Store.

G Block:
- Like for like replacement of existing end of life metal roofing.
- Remove asbestos cladding and rotten timber windows to Northern façade. Install new cladding and Aluminium thermally broken windows.
- Interior fit out of classrooms
