The project involves the design and construction of a new two-storey, 12 teaching space (12TS) learning and administration block as part of Stage 2a of a new senior secondary school campus in Rolleston, Canterbury. The new campus will serve Years 11–13 and is being developed in response to significant population growth in the area. The Stage 2a works include site infrastructure, landscaping, a pick-up/drop-off (PUDO) area, and pedestrian access improvements to support the school’s operational readiness for Term 1, 2027.

The Ministry seeks a high-quality, cost-effective, and timely Design and Build solution that delivers a fit-for-purpose learning environment aligned with the Ministry’s design standards and educational outcomes. The completed facility is to be ready for teaching by Term 1, 2027 and support the delivery of senior secondary education for up to 1,500 students as part of the school’s staged development.
