The Southern Cross Campus Board is seeking a main contractor for Blocks B and D Clerestory Window Replacement. Please also note the following:

The condition of the old timber Block B and Block D existing clerestory windows varies from salvageable to end of life. Most windows are to be refurbished to maintain structural integrity and aesthetic consistency, while around 20% of the windows require full replacement with new aluminum window joinery. Contractors with previous experiences refurbishing timber windows and installing new aluminium window joinery are encouraged to tender, as this work involves specialised trade skills.
