The Contract Works required are:

i. Replace approximately 20m2 of leaking clerestory windows.
ii. Increase workshop size to cope with growing school roll (Approximately 43m2 within
the existing footprint).
iii. Replace leaking clerestory above workshop with double glazed aluminum windows.
iv. Reconfigure store areas into increased workshop size including:
■ New Mechanical services.
■ New ventilation.
■ New exterior window joinery.
■ New floor coverings.
■ New ceiling linings.
■ New joinery.
■ New noise reducing wall linings.
■ New electrical, lighting, life safety systems and data.
