The Board of Trustees at Rutherford College whish to engage a main contractor for their Student Services Centre.

Project will be undertaken in two separable portions to allow early occupation of office spaces.

The scope of work may include (but is not limited to):
-New external concrete slab and canopy roof
-New external door and window joinery
-New plumbing and drainage
-Reconfiguration of existing spaces/ offices
-Installation of lighting, wall linings, floor coverings
-Installation of medical grade internal linings
-Accessible bathroom with shower
-Door for ambulance access
-Alteration of existing ramps
