The Ministry seeks a Design & Build contractor to deliver a fit-for-purpose, single-storey Specialist Teaching Block with 8 Teaching Spaces (TS), designed to meet current educational standards and future adaptability.

The decision to rebuild rather than refurbish was made following infrastructure and contamination investigations during the Preliminary Design phase. Stage 1a demolition works are scheduled for completion in Q2 2026, enabling commencement of construction under Stage 2 of this contract.
