OMB Competitive Tender Request for Proposals for Milns Road and Prebbleton South West Schools – New Schools – OMB Services

In June 2025, the Minister of Education announced that as part of Budget 2025, the Ministry would deliver two new full primary schools in Christchurch; Milns Road School and Prebbleton South West School. As part of the announcement, it was made clear that both schools would be largely utilising our Offsite Manufactured Buildings (OMB) delivery method and both open and operational by Term 1, 2027.

This procurement is for OMB Services at each school, as further detailed in the tender documents.
