Overview
This project is to address and rectify the deteriorating conditions of the roofs, Clearlite, and gutters in Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, and 14. This includes resolving weathertightness issues and safely removing identified asbestos in the roof voids. The desired outcome is to ensure a safe, weatherproof, and structurally sound environment for the school.
