Overview
Makoura College is looking to appoint an experienced mechanical contractor to replace heating plant on 3 buildings on the school campus.
• Heating plant in 2 of the buildings at the college have been identified as at the end of their serviceable life and need replacement with similar units.
• The assembly hall was originally heated via the boiler system. That system has been decommissioned so the hall needs a new mechanical system to provide
heat and cooling.
• The work will be commissioned immediately upon acceptance and needs to be finished for the start of the school year 2026
