We are looking for a main contractor only with design and build components of the contract. Any tender submissions which do not include the full scope of works will not be considered.
Demolition of 4x sheds and design and build for 1x replacement fit-for-purpose caretaker/storage shed, approximately 55m2 internally
Building consent, inspections and certification
Supply of 2x storage containers for the duration of the works
Asbestos testing is to be carried simultaneously with the tender process. Potential areas of asbestos are noted in the scope and should be accounted for in the schedule of prices.
