As part of the school’s 5YA, a main contractor is required to deliver the refurbishment of student bathrooms in Blocks 1 and 2 at Mount Roskill Primary school.

Block 1: Boys’ and Girls’ Toilets, and Block 2: Boys’ Toilets

i. Remove and dispose of existing floor coverings including dado.
ii. Supply and install new vinyl flooring.
iii. Remove and dispose of existing sanitary fixtures and supply new fixtures.
iv. Remove and carefully store existing partitions for reinstatement.
v. Remove and dispose of the existing wall linings. Supply and install new Seratone wall linings, including the installation of strapping on the existing wall structure.
vi. Supply and install new partitions and reinstate existing partitions where required.
vii. Supply and install new LED lighting.
viii. Make good of the existing ceiling lining.
ix. Paint joinery doors and frames.
