Overview

The works in this project have all been combined under the project heading Combined 10YPP Project. They consist of Building Consent works in relation to roof replacement and remediation. In addition, there are non-consented works in relation to:

• Air conditioning units site wide - where suitable and achievable – provide recommendation to remove airconditioning units from roof position to ground position
• coloursteel roof replacement
• polycarbonate roof replacements
• skylight removals and infill
• electrical works involving some switchboard replacements and LED lighting
• timber joinery infills with aluminium joinery – possible rot remediation
• external cladding replacement – asbestos removal
• ceiling and wall remediation

Rodney College wishes to retain ChillAs Air Conditioning as its preferred contractor for comprehensive site-wide air conditioning maintenance. Accordingly, the College requests that ChillAs Air Conditioning be considered as a nominated sub-contractor for any air conditioning-related works required under the main contractor for this project.

All Building Consent works should be read in conjunction with Stiffe Hooker Architectural Designs, as lodged for Building Consent with Auckland City Council.

In order for RoofLogic to provide a 30 year full system warranty – the RoofLogic’s Ultratherm Xtreme system must be installed by RoofLogic approved installer.
