Refurbishment of two classrooms, boys’ and girls’ toilets, staff toilet, and staffroom, including small repairs to rotten cladding and windows, new cabinetry, removal of urinal and replacement with toilet, painting, carpet replacement, and Autex wall linings. The works are not expected to require building consent or specialist design input, as they do not involve structural alterations or other elements that would trigger additional regulatory requirements under the Building Act
